D.K. Metcalf – Seahawks

Metcalf’s draft-day slide is still a great mystery among talent evaluators who fell in love with his combination of freakish size and straight-line speed, but his fall will be Russell Wilson and the Seahawks’ gain.

Metcalf strengths as a vertical downfield threat match up perfectly with Wilson’s ability to sling it deep, and when combined with Doug Baldwin’s retirement, there will be a ton of opportunities for Metcalf to produce — at a high level — in 2019.

Metcalf is the most likely candidate to end his rookie year with numbers very similar to Calvin Ridley’s (over 800 yards and 10 scores). And like Ridley, he could ascend to fantasy starter status by midseason.
