Will Darrell Henderson make Todd Gurley expendable this season?

Dual-threat

One of the aspects of Todd Gurley’s game that makes him so great is his ability to produce as a receiver. Darrell Henderson offers a similar upside.

In fact, Henderson’s profile isn’t much different than a player like Devonta Freeman (Falcons), who despite his undersized frame has evolved into one of the NFL’s best all-around running backs. Henderson has similar traits and even more juice.

Henderson had 63 catches for 758 yards and eight touchdowns during his three seasons at Memphis and looked smooth as a route runner with reliable hands. He’ll be a real asset for Jared Goff.
