9. Oakland Raiders – Yetur Gross-Matos (Edge, Penn State)

The Raiders are a completely revamped club entering 2019. Wide receiver Antonio Brown and rookie running back Josh Jacobs immediately give the offense more potency while rookie defensive end Clelin Ferrell should be a big factor in improving what was the NFL’s worst pass rush in 2018.

But regardless of how productive Ferrell is, he’ll need some help in 2020. He’ll get it in the NFL draft via Yetur Gross-Matos.

This may seem like a ‘gross’ over projection for the Penn State pass rusher, but he’s as talented as any edge defender in the country. He’ll be a top-10 prospect by season’s end.
