3. Daniel Jones – New York Giants

While the merits of taking former Duke QB Jones with the sixth overall pick are questionable at best, there should be no doubt over his status as one of the top three dynasty passers from this year’s draft because of the guaranteed starting opportunity he has ahead of him.

It may not happen straight away, but eventually Jones is going to take over for Eli Manning, at which point the scrutiny and pressure on him to perform will be intense.

To what extent he delivers the goods will decide his long-term value in dynasty. If he justifies his draft position then Jones could well become a QB1 in fantasy with the likes of Saquon Barkley, Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram around him. However, if he performs how many expect Jones may be little more than a bye week fill-in.

Yet as one of a trio of quarterbacks certain to have a shot to start, Jones has to be at least in the top three.
