Dud: Ereck Flowers, OL (No. 9 overall, Giants)

When the New York Giants selected Ereck Flowers with the ninth overall pick, I was confused. And it wasn’t because Flowers didn’t project as a solid NFL offensive lineman; he just was never a prospect worthy of top-10 consideration.

And here we are. Flowers is on his third team (Redskins) and will apparently be given an opportunity to start at guard after four seasons of abominable play.

Flowers is a massive dud from the 2015 class. Even if he emerges as a serviceable starter along the interior, he’ll go down as a bust because of his stature as a top-10 bookend tackle selection.
