Dud: Cameron Erving, OL (No. 19 overall, Browns)

Cameron Erving is another underachiever from the 2015 NFL draft who’s now in his second team (Kansas City Chiefs) after bottoming out with the Browns following two underwhelming seasons.

He was traded to the Chiefs in 2017 and actually had something of a career resurgence last season after earning a starting role at guard. He played the most snaps of his career, per Pro Football Focus, but his season grade was still pretty pitiful (42.9, the second worst PFF has issued him so far).

Kansas City re-signed Erving to a two-year, $8.2 million deal this offseason, so he appears to be in their short-term plans. But he’ll need to get better (quickly) if he wants to hang around the league long enough to earn a third contract.
