#7 WR Justin Blackmon: (2012, Jaguars, No. 5 overall)

In 2012, the Jaguars had just drafted their franchise QB the year prior in Blaine Gabbert and were primed to draft his future running mate and top target after striking a deal with Tampa Bay for the fifth overall pick.

Justin Blackmon was the consensus top wide receiver in the 2012 Draft and surefire future No. 1 NFL wide receiver from Oklahoma State. The pairing had Jaguars fans ecstatic over the potential of their offense.

But before stepping onto the field, the trouble began.

Blackmon was arrested for DUI on June 3, 2012. Despite his legal troubles, Blackmon had a terrific rookie season collecting 865 yards and five touchdowns. Subsequently, Blackmon was suspended for the first four games of the 2013 season. Upon his return from suspension, the second-year pro dominated. In his next four games, Blackmon accumulated over 400 yards and a touchdown.

Then just like that, he was gone. Multiple league violations and arrests have wiped Blackmon off the face of the NFL landscape seemingly for good.
