A few NFL Training Camps have already opened with all teams starting camp by the end of the week. Each team will be tasked with finding their best 53 players over the next few weeks in an effort to finalize their rosters for the regular season. In this series, we will try to predict which players will make each roster. Next up, the Buffalo Bills.

After making the playoffs in 2017 for the first time in 18 years, the Bills underwent a major roster overhaul to get younger and players that better fit Sean McDermott’s schemes. That resulted in a worse record, but this team has more potential in the future as the young players continue to mature.

The Bills look like they are one more year away from competing for a playoff spot again, but they will be more competitive and I can definitely see them improving on their 6-10 record from a year ago.

Quarterbacks

  • Josh Allen
  • Matt Barkley

Josh Allen is one of the most polarizing players in the league. Contrary to popular belief, he actually played fairly well as a rookie. He definitely still needs to improve his decision making and accuracy, but he showed the traits to be a solid quarterback in the NFL. Barkley is a solid veteran who can help guide Allen to being a better quarterback.
