Jake Fromm is quite honestly one of my favorite players in college football this season. The presence he showed to hold off Justin Fields while so many quarterbacks around him were losing their respective jobs to younger guys should not be forgotten. With the Bulldogs entering 2019 with a depleted receiving corp, Fromm has the chance to show his worth as a playmaker.

Far too often Fromm seems to unfairly find himself dubbed with the “game manager” moniker. Is he a safer quarterback than Tagovailoa? Absolutely. Is he still an exceptional playmaker downfield? You bet.
