2. Travis Etienne, Clemson

Clemson’s unsung hero, Travis Etienne is a lean back who has breakaway speed and a hint of power when his team needs it in tight situations. Etienne is on the cusp of having a memorable season for the Tigers. If he can find room for more power without sacrificing too much speed and clean up his pass protections he could leapfrog Swift easily.
