Tight Ends

  • TJ Hockenson
  • Jesse James
  • Isaac Nauta
  • Logan Thomas

Former New England staffers Patricia and Quinn are trying to build the western version of the Patriots in Detroit. That shows most at the tight end position. James was added as a free agent as a solid all-around player. Hockenson was drafted in the first round as the most complete tight end to come through the draft in years. Nauta was one of the best blocking tight ends in the draft with potential to be a better receiver in the NFL. Thomas will largely play on Special Teams.
