In this latest 2020 NFL Mock Draft, it’s pass-rushers — not quarterbacks — who headline the top fo the first round.

With the 2019 college football season set to kick off, and the NFL season not far behind, it’s a good time to begin to get familiar with some of the top NFL draft prospects in the country.

While projecting almost a full year out is difficult, these are some of the names that will likely find their way into the 1st round in 2020. The first-round order for this mock draft was based on the latest Vegas odds.

Enjoy!

1. Miami Dolphins – A.J. Epenesa DE Iowa

The Dolphins are hoping they solved their QB situation with the Josh Rosen trade. This team has holes to fill everywhere. They could do worse than starting with a top tier pass rusher.

2. Arizona Cardinals – Chase Young EDGE Ohio State

The Cardinals, much like the Dolphins, have their QB of the future. The Cardinals don’t pass on the predominant EDGE prospect again this year.

3. Washington Redskins – Jerry Jeudy WR Alabama

The Redskins WR group could use some help. Jeudy is an immediate impact, #1 type WR who will pair nicely with Dwayne Haskins.

4. Oakland Raiders – Grant Delpit S LSU

The Raiders are still looking for their “heart and soul” player on defense. Look no further. Mayock and Gruden will be in love with Delpit, another elite DB prospect from LSU.

5. New York Giants – Andrew Thomas OT Georgia

Quitely, the Giants have done a nice job solidifying their offense while turning over the roster. We all know how much Dave Gettleman loves his Hog Molly’s. Thomas would ideally protect Daniel Jones and clear the road for Saquon Barkley for years.
