6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Justin Herbert QB Oregon

This is a guess but Jameis Winston is missing something as a leader and franchise quarterback. Bruce Arians sees a Carson Palmer type player in Herbert and moves the franchise in another direction.

7. Buffalo Bills – Laviska Shenault WR Colorado

The Bills need weapons. Shenault can be deployed a number of different ways. His size and speed will be welcomed in the Bills offense.

8. Cincinnati Bengals – Tua Tagovailoa QB Alabama

The Bengals could very well end up picking even higher. Andy Dalton doesn’t seem long for Cincinnati and Tua seems to just have “it.” This new coaching staff will want their guy.

9. Detroit Lions – Raekwon Davis DT Alabama

Assuming Matt Patricia survives another year in Detroit, He’ll continue to build the trenches. Davis is a matchup nightmare and could dominant games from the interior.

10. New York Jets – CeeDee Lamb WR Oklahoma

The Jets are a team on the rise and need weapons offensively. Lamb could pair with Robby Anderson and Le’Veon Bell to make the Jets a true playoff contender.

11. Denver Broncos – Dylan Moses LB Alabama

Denver was in a position to draft Devin Bush in 2019 but decided to pass and collect assets. A rangy, athletic LB is still a need and Moses fits the role.

12. Carolina Panthers – Walker Little OT Stanford

The Panthers will need to look at the offensive line in 2020 and make a commitment to protecting whoever is under center going forward. Little can play both tackle spots and should start from Day 1.

13. Jacksonville Jaguars – Tee Higgins WR Clemson

Higgins is desperately needed in Jacksonville to fill the enormous #1 sized hole left by Allen Robinson. WR is the clear top need for the Jaguars.

14. San Francisco 49ers – Bryce Hall CB Virginia

The 49ers are still holding their breath that Ahkiello Witherspoon becomes the starter they drafted him to be. Regardless of whether he does or not adding Hall to learn from an aging Richard Sherman would be ideal.

15. Tennessee Titans – Kristian Fulton CB LSU

The Titans might consider a QB here depending on the season from Mariota but they choose to upgrade the secondary in this mock.
