Last Game vs. Miami (OH): 14-for-21 (66.7%)| 223 yards| 4 TD| 0 INT| 9 rushes| 36 yards| 2 TD

Season Stats: 66-for-95 (69.5%)| 880 yards| 13 TD| 0 INT| 34 rushes| 150 yards| 6 TD

Justin Fields has been a touchdown machine for Ohio State this season. He has accounted for an astounding 19 total touchdowns on the season after adding another six last week versus Miami (OH). While his yardage numbers leave a little to be desired, those touchdown totals will definitely get you into the Heisman conversation. The fact that the Buckeyes have been largely untested to this point in the season is probably a big reason for that.

If Fields can continue to get the ball in the end zone at a high rate while keeping Ohio State undefeated and in the playoff race, his name will continue to be mentioned among Heisman contenders.

Despite his spectacular touchdown numbers, Fields has yet to have a truly signature performance this year. That could change this week as the Buckeyes travel to Lincoln to take on Nebraska Saturday night in prime time. College Gameday will also be in town for the game as well.
