Daniel Jones – New York Giants

There is great expectation for Jones’ second act after his first start produced such spectacular results in the Giants’ comeback win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has a favorable matchup against the Washington Redskins in his first home start as the Giants look to get to 2-2.

The Redskins are ranked 27th in passing defense by Football Outsiders DVOA and only the Miami Dolphins (10) have given up more passing touchdowns than Washington’s nine.

Between Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram, Jones has two reliable with which to carve up a very vulnerable defense, making the sixth overall pick a worthy starter for those looking for quarterback help.
