Joe Burrow is another top Heisman contender who was able to enjoy a BYE last week. He still has to be considered one of the most improved quarterbacks, if not the most improved player, in all of football this season.

He has done wonders for his draft stock as a senior and has thrust himself among the top contenders for the Heisman Trophy in the process. In just four games, Burrow has surpassed his touchdown total and has over half the passing yards that he accumulated through all of last season.

Burrow and LSU will return to the field this weekend when they host Utah State on Saturday. The Tigers will begin their toughest month of the season with three Top Ten teams on the schedule over the next four games after this week.
