Season Stats: 113-for-148 (76.4%)| 1,718 yards| 23 TD| 0 INT| 16 rushes| 45 yards| 2 TD
As stated previously, Tagovailoa and Hurts deserve to listed as 1A and 1B at this point of the Heisman race. That being said, Tagovailoa would be given the edge in a very small margin after his performance on Saturday.
He threw for six touchdowns and over 400 yards through the air. He has now accounted for over 1,700 passing yards while having 23 touchdown passes. And even more incredibly, he has yet to throw an interception this season. Seriously, 23 touchdown passes in five games with ZERO interceptions. Let that fully sink in.
Tagovailoa and the Crimson Tide will enjoy a BYE this week before traveling to take on no. 25-ranked Texas A&M next week as they continue their conference slate.
