12) New York Giants, 2-2: Grant Delpit, S, LSU

Grant Delpit’s fall stops with the New York Giants. Yes, the Giants acquired Jabrill Peppers in the Odell trade, but he has yet to become the player everyone expected him to be. Delpit has had a down year so far, but his talent is undeniable.

13) Tennessee Titans, 2-2: Joe Burrow, QB, LSU

Another team stuck in a funk because of inconsistent QB play, forced to draft a QB too high. Joe Burrow has taken the college world by storm and is not worthy of a top-15 pick, however, the Titans cannot afford another year of Mariota unless Vrabel wants to lose his job.

14) Philadelphia Eagles, 2-2: Jeffrey Okudah, CB, Ohio State

Jeffrey Okudah has been outstanding this year for the Buckeyes and people are taking notice. The Eagles have struggled early and often this year at cornerback, but that should no longer be a problem with Okudah manning half the field.

15) Tampa Bay Buccanneers, 2-2: Alex Leatherwood, OT, Alabama

A big issue for the Buccaneers is left tackle and, if that wasn’t bad enough, they are paying their current left tackle, Donovan Smith, a contract worth 3-years and $41.5-million. Bruce Arians has appeared to rein Winston in, and more protection will help to continue that upward trajectory.

16) Jacksonville Jaguars, 2-2: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU

Jalen Ramsey wants out of Jacksonville, and the Jaguars are quick to find his replacement. Not many will live up to the expectations Ramsey set at the position, but Fulton has as good of a shot as anyone in the 2020 draft class.

17) Indianapolis Colts, 2-2: Laviska Shenault Jr., WR, Colorado

The Colts have put faith in Jacoby Brissett moving forward and, by doing so, they look to surround him with weapons. Shenault is a swiss-army knife who can line-up all over the field for Indianapolis.
