The rise of Joe Burrow has been unbelievable this season and has no signs of slowing down. Burrow had another solid game of over 300 passing yards and four touchdowns last Saturday at Mississippi State. He not only is one of the top statistical passers in the country, but also now leads the nation in total touchdowns.
Burrow has looked much more comfortable in the pocket this season and the touch on his deep passes are a sight to behold. His improvement and stellar play this season have not only put him squarely in the Heisman conversation, but Burrow has also now thrust himself in the conversation for the top overall pick for the 2020 NFL Draft.
Right now, though, he still wants to continue to lead LSU to bigger goals. They will face a tough test this Saturday when they take on the 9th-ranked Auburn Tigers. If they can get through this game unscathed it will set up a massive showdown with Alabama on November 9th.
