2020 NFL Draft: Updated mid-season positional rankings and big board
Interior Offensive Linemen
- Tyler Biadasz., Wisconsin
- Creed Humphrey, Oklahoma
- Trey Smith, Tennessee
- Darryl Williams, Mississippi St.
- Lloyd Cushenberry III, LSU
Much like Garrett Bradbury last year, Biadasz is one of the “safest” prospects in the 2020 NFL Draft. He excels as a run blocker, but he is a solid all-around center. He already has experience making calls at the line of scrimmage for Wisconsin. Humphrey is not far behind Biadasz as a safe center prospect. Humphrey is on a similar level in regards to strength in the run game, but he isn’t as adept at moving or trapping on the edge as Biadasz.
Trey Smith is a mammoth human being who is a powerful presence in the run game. He has been playing left tackle this year for Tennessee, but his lack of athleticism makes him better suited to move to guard in the NFL. Both Williams and Cushenberry lack ideal traits and physical skills, but they are both feisty, competitive, and strong/athletic enough to get the job done on a consistent basis.
