EDGE Rushers

  1. Chase Young, Ohio St.
  2. AJ Epenesa, Iowa
  3. Julian Okwara, Notre Dame
  4. K’Lavon Chaisson, LSU
  5. Alton Robinson, Syracuse

Chase Young has been utterly dominant in 2019 to the point where he has been pretty much unblockable in each game this season. His campaign could be over but Young’s combination of size, speed, strength, and athleticism have set him apart as by far the best overall prospect in the 2020 NFL Draft. Epenesa is a fine prospect with excellent size and strength, but he is not on Young’s level as far as quickness or athleticism as a pass rusher.

Okwara, Chaisson, and Robinson are all very athletic and bendy speed rushers with first-step quickness. Okwara and Robinson are much more polished as pass rushers, but Chaisson has the highest ceiling of the three due to his other-worldly athletic traits.
