2020 NFL Draft: Updated quarterback big board after Tua Tagovailoa injury

Jake Fromm 11
Jake Fromm has done nothing to set himself apart this season, yet he has not done anything to really hurt his evaluation either. However you felt about Fromm prior to the 2019 season for the Georgia Bulldogs is more than likely how you feel about him now as he has played himself into a neutral feeling.
This week’s performance was no different as the Bulldogs beat their top 10 foe in the Auburn Tigers. While throwing three touchdowns and no interceptions, making a handful of next level throws in the process, Fromm finished the game with just 110 yards passing on under 50 percent completion rate.
Fromm does not possess the arm talent of a Love, Tagovailoa, Eason, or Herbert, but his accuracy (especially outside the number) makes up for the lack of power behind his right arm. His wits under center, both pre-snap and as he is working through his progressions, is the best in the class as his mental dexterity is exceptional.
Given his mechanics, mental dexterity, and accuracy to drop the ball in some tight windows, Fromm remains a solid option for a quarterback needy NFL team to pursue. With a second round grade at this point in the season, Fromm is a borderline first rounder (as scouts love the arm strength, which Fromm does not possess) and the third overall quarterback on this big board.
