Jayden Daniels QB
Scouting Report
The top quarterback to appear on this list, yes over Bachmeier, Howell, and Auburn’s Bo Nix, is Arizona State youngster Jayden Daniels. While he is quite thin at 6-3 and 180 pounds, Daniels has shown the ability to play the game of football the way that the NFL is transitioning to: fast, with the ability to throw and make plays with his legs.

On the season, Daniels has shown a great ability to take care of the football, throwing 14 touchdown passes with just two interceptions. Daniels is completing passes at a clip of 61 percent completion percentage and has over 2,200 yards passing. On the ground as a ball carrier, Daniels has added another 247 yards rushing and three additional scores.
While Daniels has some arch issues on his deep ball to work through, his accuracy is spot on with the clip above. Daniels has the ability to be a big time playmaker with the football in his hands already as a true freshman; give this young man two years to grow and put on some weight and he could be a threat for the Heisman by 2022.
Fully impressed by this young man, Herm Edwards and the Sun Devils have a great quarterback to lead them in their Pac-12 resurgence.
