21. Dallas Cowboys – Yetur Gross-Matos, EDGE, Penn State

The Cowboys haven’t had a lot of luck drafting pass rushers since hitting the jackpot with DeMarcus Lawrence. Not everyone is sold on Gross-Matos, but he is enjoying a strong 2019 season and would bring length and versatility to the Dallas defensive line.

22. Indianapolis Colts – Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama

T.Y. Hilton’s injury struggles have hamstrung the Colts offense in 2019. Indianapolis needs to find an eventual replacement for a receiver now in his 30s. Ruggs has the sheer speed to immediately establish himself as a dynamic downfield weapon for Jacoby Brissett.

23. Kansas City Chiefs – D’Andre Swift, RB, Georgia

Speaking of offenses that love speed. The Chiefs have other needs on the offensive line and defense, but will they be able to resist adding Swift to an attack that already features Tyreek Hill, Mecole Hardman, and running back Damien Williams? With LeSean McCoy a free agent at the end of the season, there’s a strong chance the answer is no.

24. Minnesota Vikings – Jedrick Wills, OT, Alabama

Even though the Vikings appear destined for the playoffs, the offensive line remains a significant problem. Wills is just as effective at run blocking as he is in the passing game, making him an ideal pick for a head coach in Mike Zimmer who heavily favors the ground attack.

25. Miami Dolphins – Alex Leatherwood, OT, Alabama

After trading Laremy Tunsil away, the Dolphins have a need at tackle once again. Leatherwood, the other excellent Crimson Tide tackle in this class, should fit the bill and help the Dolphins protect their investment at quarterback.
