2020 Mock Draft: Franchise QB on the horizon for the Titans?
By Joseph Yun
The 2020 NFL Draft will be an interesting one for the Tennessee Titans; do they add another quarterback or stick with veteran Ryan Tannehill?
The Tennessee Titans are coming off a two-game winning streak in which the offense has been ranked pretty high in most statistical categories. The franchise is 4-1 since Ryan Tannehill took over as the starter at QB for Marcus Mariota. What direction will the Titans take in the 2020 NFL Draft?
They face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday for the right to stay in the most competitive division. What are the Titans’ needs and how could they approach the draft if Tannehill continues his torrid pace of play?
The team has numerous holes to fill with multiple key contributors set to become free agents, including swing tackle turned receiver Dennis Kelly, running back Derrick Henry, and cornerback Logan Ryan to name a few.
It would make sense for the Titans to look to upgrade these positions in the 2020 NFL Draft once late April rolls around. The AFC South is still well within reach, and the wild card spot is even more within reach for this Tennessee team.
