By Joseph Yun
The 2019 Iron Bowl between Alabama and Auburn features more than a handful of 2020 NFL Draft prospects to watch for when they take the field tonight.
The Iron Bowl is upon us once more with its usual playoff drama built within (3:30 PM ET Saturday CBS). Alabama comes in still ranked fifth in the college football playoff rankings after dominating Western Carolina last weekend with new quarterback Mac Jones. The Tigers come in after summarily dispatching Samford in a walkover win. This game will feature more than 20 2020 NFL Draft prospects when the two teams take the field.
The Crimson Tide travel to the Plains with nearly everything still yet to play with the exception of the SEC West division. How will Mac Jones fare against arguably the best defensive line in the nation? Can the Auburn secondary fend off the big play from the bevy of playmakers in Alabama’s wide receiver room? How will true freshman QB Bo Nix perform against an unusually inconsistent Tide defense that’s still stocked with NFL Draft ready talent?
There are immense talents on both sides of the ball for both teams. Who are they? Tune in to this post to find out more! Here is a busload of 2020 NFL Draft prospects to watch out for today.
