12. Philadelphia Eagles – Kristian Fulton, CB LSU

Fulton is versatile and a plug and play piece that will help the Eagles struggling secondary right away.

13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Javon Kinlaw, IDL South Carolina

Does this pick really need an explanation? Kinlaw is a monster on the inside with a high motor, easy pick for the Bucs general manager.

14. Carolina Panthers – Grant Delpit, S LSU

The top safety prospect is still on the board which makes for an easy pick for the Carolina Panthers.

15. Cleveland Browns – Creed Humphrey, IOL Oklahoma

The Browns’ offensive line has looked abysmal so protecting the young signal caller, Baker Mayfield, has to be the move here.

16. Oakland Raiders – CeeDee Lamb, WR Oklahoma

Giving Derek Carr a true number one receiver is a move that will put the Raiders in a much better position on offense. Lamb has all the talent necessary to be that guy.

17. Indianapolis Colts – Raekwon Davis, IDL Alabama

Davis is a force on the interior line, if he plays to his full potential, this pick becomes super easy for a Colts defense that struggles with pressure in the middle.

18. Oakland Raiders

– Isaiah Simmons, LB Clemson

A long, strong, and athletic linebacker will fit right in to physical Raiders defense. Simmons plays sideline to sideline with ease. Great pick for the Raiders.
