60. Pick Analysis. Cornerback. Clemson. AJ Terrell. 24. player. Scouting Report

The final cornerback in the first round, AJ Terrell’s draft stock will be put to the test January 13th against LSU.  With Mike Zimmer’s defense relying mostly on man defense, Terrell is able to mask some of his deficiencies while grooming to take over for Xavier Rhodes, whose regressed into a liability on the outside, allowing 59 receptions on 70 targets, earning a 46.4 PFF grade in 2019.

Cornerback may not be the most pressing need for Minnesota, but this is a well-built team that can afford to take chance on a talent such as Terrell.

Pick Analysis. D'Andre Swift. 25. player. Scouting Report. Running Back. Georgia. 59

The offensive line is the more pressing need for Miami here, but they’ll be picking again real soon. Picking up D’Andre Swift in the first round makes more sense from a value perspective. They’ll get the fifth-year option, which is a steal with running backs.

On top of that, the team gets a guaranteed playmaker fans can root for. With Tagovailoa, Chaisson and Swift added to the squad, Miami has created a solid foundation for its future, taking full advantage of its first-round selections.

Wide Receiver. Jalen Reagor. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 36. TCU. 26

Once again, the phrase “Josh Gordon may never play again” must be uttered. If that’s truly the case once and for all, Seattle has an opportunity to replace his style of play immediately with the speedster from TCU, Jalen Reagor.

He isn’t the physical threat that Gordon is, but DK Metcalf more than makes up for that. Reagor excels at getting behind the defense with his blazing speed. With Metcalf and Tyler Lockett as his comrades, the Seahawks vertical passing attack remains one of the best in stride. They get that passing attack in this mock draft.
