1. Phillip Dorsett, WR

In Joe Judge’s last season with the New England Patriots, he added a new role — wode receivers coach. During that season, he worked with Phillip Dorsett, a receiver who was able to change the perception of him during a three-year sting with New England.

Dorsett was a first-round pick of the Indianapolis Colts but he never lived up to that status. In two seasons, he had just 51 receptions for 753 yards and three touchdowns. Indianapolis decided they had seen enough and were able to trade him to the Pats in exchange for Jacoby Brissett.

Once in New England, the young receiver had to prove his worth and his 2017 campaign left a lot to be desired. After catching just 12 passes, the Patriots declined the fifth-year option on his rookie deal putting Dorsett on notice.

He responded well but catching 32 passes for 290 yards and three touchdowns. This earned him a one-year deal and while working with Judge, he had a very efficient season. He finished with 397 yards and a career-high five touchdowns on 29 receptions.

That might not seem like a lot to get excited over but the Giants are hurting for wideouts and adding someone such as Dorsett could help. Not only would he know Judge’s offensive philosophies, but he would also help the Giants avoid reaching for a wideout.
