Round 2, Pick 36: Julian Okwara |EDGE| Notre Dame

Julian Okwara could go a bit earlier in the draft to the Titans or Ravens, but in his this case Okwara slips to the second round to the New York Giants. After the NFL Combine and some private workouts for some teams, they are gonna love Okwara and what he can bring to your team. I see him becoming a late first-rounder in general.

When you watch Okwara film, you will see he is a very special player and could quickly move up the media’s big boards after the NFL Combine. Okwara is a 6’4, weighs in at 210-pounds and could run one of the faster 40-yard dash time for an EDGE rusher.

The Giants are taking the best available and a team need. If the Giants can scoop up these two players in the first two rounds, then that is a score for Dave Gettleman and the Giants. Should Okwara return to full health as he recovers from his injury, the Giants could be getting one of the biggest steals of the 2020 NFL Draft.

In desperate need of a pass rusher, the Giants have to take one early in the Draft this April.

The Giants do not have a third round pick in the draft with the trade for Leonard Williams at the deadline.
