The 2020 NFL Draft is a Quarterback draft. Where does Utah State’s Jordan Love rank among all these experiences starters and record starters?

Burrow. Tua. Herbert. That is what seemingly everyone has written in stone as the order that the 2020 NFL Draft class of quarterbacks will go off the board. Among them, however, is Jordan Love, who is being forgotten about in the shuffle.

Too many, LSU’s, Heisman Trophy winner, Joe Burrow, is the consensus top pick. Alabama quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, has been firmly placed in the middle of those two. Even Washington quarterback, Jacob Eason, has been garnering first round buzz, as of late.

Lost in all of this is Utah State quarterback, Jordan Love. The redshirt junior is an obvious first round pick, but it is unclear as to how far he falls compared to the rest. Will a team reach for him to reduce the odds of losing out on him, like the Washington Redskins did with Dwayne Haskins, in 2019? Could he just continue sliding until someone moves back into the end of the first round to preserve a fifth year option on his contract, like Baltimore did, in 2018, for Lamar Jackson?

Jordan Love is in draft stock purgatory. No one really knows when, or where, he will go. A popular choice has been the Indianapolis Colts. And while that may be a good fit; so much of the Colts’ Quarterback situation remains unknown. They have been linked to almost every available Quarterback this off-season.

With less than two months remaining until the 2020 NFL Draft, the pressure is on Jordan Love to make the NFL pay more attention to him. This week, the 2020 NFL scouting combine, is crucial for Love to show his best trait, his incredible arm strength.
