Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock are building something special in Las Vegas. Is it enough to entice the three time MVP?

The Las Vegas Raiders will be playing their first season ever in Las Vegas in 2020. They already have a big money quarterback in Derek Carr, but have been noncommittal as of late about his future. The Raiders have been connected to Brady for some time, and may present him with the most attractive option. Head coach, Jon Gruden, has an impressive track record of working with veteran Quarterbacks. The Raiders have a collection of young weapons such as running back, Josh Jacobs, and tight end, Darren Waller. The Raiders also happen to have an excellent offensive line.

If Brady decides to stay in New England or sign somewhere else, it is not the end of the world for the Raiders. They should continue to build naturally as they were before. In terms of what to do at the quarterback position, the Raiders can run it back with Carr and select their next quarterback. With two first round picks, the Raiders have the ability to select an impact player and a prospect at quarterback position.

If Brady chooses to leave New England for Las Vegas, the Raiders are in a good position to make a run. They need another receiver, obviously. However, with the offensive line and talent at the weapons, the Raiders have enough to make a run in the playoffs. With a plethora of draft capital and salary cap room, Gruden and Mayock can begin to add some talent to seemingly barren defense.
