Team Needs

Quarterback

The Miami Dolphins traded with the Cardinals to get Josh Rosen for a second-round pick, that experiment did not work out. The Dolphins current starting quarterback is Ryan Fitzpatrick and with his age, Fitzpatrick is not the long-term answer. With the abundance of high draft picks that the Miami Dolphins have, they can easily move from fifth overall to second or third to secure ‘their guy’ for the future.

Offensive Tackle

The Miami Dolphins traded with the Houston Texans, the Dolphins got two first-round picks for exchange the Texans got star offensive tackle Larmey Tunsil. The Dolphins got better this offseason interiorly by signing Flowers and Karras but they still need help on the outside. Getting an offensive tackle or two in this draft will help with their new quarterback’s development.

Safety

The Miami Dolphins traded with the Pittsburgh Steelers during the season, the shipped away Mikah Fitzpatrick in exchange the Miami Dolphins got another first-round pick and a fifth-round pick. The Miami Dolphins also decided to release long time safety Rashad Jones this offseason. The Dolphins have a massive void at the safety spot that needs to be filled in the first two-rounds.
