Top 10 Targets for the Giants

It does not need explained that New York should take Chase Young or Isaiah Simmons, but if they both happen to be gone when the Giants then they should draft an offensive tackle. The Giants will get to pick whoever they think is the best tackle in this draft class. Andrew Thomas is the safest tackle in this draft, Mekhi Becton has the highest ceiling in this draft, Tristain Wirfs is an athletic freak of nature that broke records at the NFL Scouting Combine, and finally, there is Jedrick Wills that will be the best fit for the Giants at this current moment with them having Nate Soldier on the roster.

The New York Giants decided to go with an offensive tackle with their first pick in the draft, they need to get an edge rusher with their second-round pick or sign Jadeveon Clowney. Zack Baun would make the most sense knowing that he can play the edge and also play inside linebacker as well. If Baun is taken then the Giants need to get Yetur Gross-Matos that can play edge for them.

If other teams take Baun and Gross-Matos before the G-Men can pick in the second round, the Giants should consider picking Ezra Cleveland that can sit behind Nate Soldier for a year than have him next season. Cleveland is still so raw that if he sits behind Soldier or the rookie that New York drafted in the first round, that New York can have two very young tackles for Daniel Jones moving forward.
