Top 10 Targets for the Eagles

Philadelphia can use a receiver early, but if Ruggs and Jefferson are taken when the Eagles pick at 21st overall, the Eagles can wait and see Shenault falls due to his core injury and Higgins to fall as well due to his poor performance at the NFL Scouting Combine. If this is the chance, the Eagles should McKinney or one of the top cornerbacks in Fulton, Diggs, or Gladney. Whoever the Eagles decide to go with will really help their secondary out.

If the Eagles have the chance to draft Henry Ruggs or Justin Jefferson, they can not consider a cornerback at all. Philadelphia have to hoop all over that and throw one of them into the starting lineup immediately. Jefferson and or Ruggs, either one of them will start Week 1 for the Eagles if they get drafted.

If Philadelphia decides to go with a wide receiver with their first-round pick, then the Eagles should really consider taking a safety later on. Jeremey Chinn or Kyle Dugger, both come from smaller schools and both play strong safety, which the Eagles need more than an free safety. They have some really hard decisions to make here in the early rounds of this year’s draft.
