The WTFP team went through a three-round 2020 NFL Draft mock, and the Cleveland Browns came out with four instant starters that fill huge needs.

Over the weekend, the With The First Pick staff assembled to create a three-round 2020 NFL Draft mock. The Cleveland Browns own four picks in the first three rounds, and need to hit on all four.

The Browns have a lot of work to do in the draft. They were able to fill needs at tight end and right tackle in free agency, and added depth in the secondary and along the defensive line. But The team still has a gaping hole at LT, and barely has a playable linebacker. New head coach Kevin Stefanski should be able to provide some calm and collected leadership, but he needs more talent if he’s to truly right the ship.

After his historic rookie campaign, quarterback Baker Mayfield had a disastrous 2019. Many things, such as the playcalling, offensive line, and recievers running poor routes and dropping passes were out of his control. But Mayfield’s accuracy, decison-making, and field vision all noticeably regressed from 2018. Everything that Cleveland does needs to be centered around putting Mayfield in the best position for success, because if he ends up being unable to prove he is still a franchise QB, it will all have been for nothing.
