Team Needs

Cornerback

With the Chiefs losing one of their starting cornerbacks due to free agency, it makes that position a need. Cornerback Kendall Fuller decided to sign a massive deal with the Washington Redskins in free agency. The Chiefs at least re-signed Bashaud Breeland to a one-year deal, they need to get depth in the cornerback department. The Kansas City Chiefs have one of the best safety groups in the entire league, just need to fix that cornerback position and they could easily find themselves back into the Super Bowl.

Linebacker

The Kansas City Chiefs run defense was quite underwhelming last season. The Chiefs run defense finished No.26 in the league, they need to get better. If the Chiefs can use an early pick and invest in a stud linebacker to help out the defense and the opponent’s rushing game, this defense could be a very solid defense.

Running Back

The Kansas City Chiefs have the best offense in the entire league, why do they need offense help? With running back Damien Williams going into a contract year, they need to find the long term answer for Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. The Kansas City Chiefs make it a priority to get a multi-dimensional back in this year’s draft, they have a lot of good running backs in this draft class too.
