These 2020 NFL Draft first rounders deserve more buzz

The NFL Draft is never a guaranteed success, even for first round picks; the Carolina Panthers landed Brian Burns outside of the top-15 a year ago, and it paid off for both parties. The 2020 NFL Draft has a handful of prospects who have the potential to be stars, despite not being picked inside the top-15 of the draft.

This year’s draft featured a deep class of cornerbacks and wide receivers, and while it may have appeared a couple may have been reached for, they could actually be steals for their respective teams. We will not dip outside of the first round in this article, but there is more than enough firepower on a few players called reaches by major media outlets.

They have been slept on long enough, and once they step on the field in 2020, they have a chance to prove all of their doubters and the teams that passed on them wrong. Either that, or their positional value overshadowed their talent and caused them to fall down the draft board.

Here are three 2020 NFL Draft first rounders who have a chance to completely blow away the bar set by their public reputation.
