In a deep 2021 NFL Draft OT class, keep an eye on Brady Christensen

While the 2020 college football season is looking cloudier each and every day, the 2021 NFL Draft tape never stops flowing. Today’s edition of Monday Morning Sleeper will take a deep look at BYU offensive tackle Brady Christensen as he tries to make a name for himself in a deep offensive tackle class.

Entering his redshirt junior season, the redshirt junior Cougar looks to follow up on a fairly successful 2019 campaign. As the 2020 season approaches, an angle where BYU may have an angle as they are an independent without a conference, Christensen was named to the Outland (best interior lineman) Award watchlist; this award was won by Oregon phenom offensive tackle Penei Sewell a year ago.

Standing at 6-6 and 300 pounds, BYU looks to revolve their offense around their starting left tackle as they look to keep their quarterback Zach Wilson upright. This offensive tackle class is a deep one, from Sewell, to Texas’ Samuel Cosmi, and even FCS studs Spencer Brown and Dillon Radunz.

As Christensen looks to stay afloat and out of the weeds in a deep class of offensive tackles, here is a scouting report on this Monday morning sleeper.
