Where Oweh Wins

Again, Oweh is the most athletically dominant player on the football field week in and week out. On what planet should a dude pushing 260 pounds with his length be pushing a 4.3 second flat 40 yard dash? How, however, does Oweh translate his other-worldy athletic ability translate onto the field as he looks to get after opposing quarterbacks?

His freak-of-nature playstyle is first apparent in his first step off the line of scrimmage as he looks to wreak havoc in opposing backfields. He can get laterally down the line of scrimmage in the running game, and do so with a sense of urgency. While Oweh is raw with his technique and understanding of the position, the flashes of power are evident on his tape.

Oweh shows a decent amount of discipline when working the backside in run support in order to prevent a cutback lane. He rides the back hip of the offensive tackle, and shows the ability to hold the point of attack as well. Oweh possesses a natural bend to his game as he looks to rush the passer off the edge, showing off a great deal of flexibility. He also shows the ability to play inside and out along the defensive line.

Where, however, does he show room for improvement in 2020 as the Big Ten is set to return?
