What is Pacheco’s 2021 NFL Draft outlook?

This may be a bit of a hot take as Pacheco is not even on the radar of big outlets such as The Draft Network, but Pacheco has the makings of a firm day-two pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. More than likely because he goes to Rutgers, and because the running back position is tabbed as the least valuable in the entire sport of football, Pacheco’s name has suffered as a result.

As the Big Ten is set to resume play at the end of the month, Pacheco will be a name to monitor closely in this 2021 NFL Draft class. He is still a Junior in 2020, so he may not even declare, but given the shelf life of running backs in today’s game, and his obvious talent, Pacheco may opt to take that route.

For his future and for his family, Pacheco is out to make a name for himself between the stripes on Saturdays this year. Should he do it well enough, he will find himself on an NFL roster and doing it on Sundays as well. With the draft potentially on Pacheco’s radar this upcoming April, he should be on yours as well, deserving of your attention.
