2. Atlanta Falcons

The question must be asked: how does Dan Quinn still have a job with the Atlanta Falcons? Not only did he blow back-to-back multiple score leads, but his team posted a pathetic effort against the Green Bay Packers on Monday night as well. In all likelihood, Quinn will not survive beyond 2020, even if he is not fired mid-season. As this is almost certain to happen, will veteran quarterback and former MVP Matt Ryan survive a regime change?

As it stands, the Falcons will have a top-three pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, and could even be in contention for Clemson or Ohio State quarterbacks Trevor Lawrence and Justin Fields. However, they do not look as bad as either of the teams from New York, so Lance may be the one who falls into their lap in April.

With offensive weapons like Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley, and Hayden Hurst, Lance would have a solid corps of teammates to rely upon as a rookie. Even further, outside of Jake Matthews, the Falcons also have two young and former first round offensive linemen in Chris Lindstrom and Kaleb McGary as well. Not to mention they have perennial Pro Bowl center Alex Mack as well, though his time in the NFL may be coming to an end.

Should the Falcons land Lance in the 2021 NFL Draft, then the new head coach in Atlanta would get his regime off to a promising start.
