Round 3, Pick 80: Hamsah Nasirildeen, S, Florida State

The Florida State Seminoles are still a hot mess under new head coach Mike Norvell. Coming off of a torn ACL, safety Hamsah Nasirildeen, along with two other Seniors in Marvin Wilson and Tamorrion Terry, decided to return to school. This decision looks like the wrong one as they are more than likely going to lose millions as a result.

However, the Browns take Nasirildeen here with their first third round pick. A 6-foot-4 and 220 pounds, Nasirildeen is a safety in the body of a linebacker. For defensive coordinator Joe Woods, a defensive playcaller who continually talks about how he wants to run three safeties on the field, adding a versatile player like Nasirildeen will give him the flexibility to do so.

Round 3, Pick 94: Tutu Atwell, WR, Louisville

The depth chart at the wide receiver position is not a pleasant area to gaze upon at this given moment. After Odell Beckham Jr. went down with a torn ACL, with questions about his future with the team hanging in the balance, the Browns will need to make wide receiver a big priority in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Outside of Beckham Jr., the Browns have just Jarvis Landry and Donovan Peoples-Jones under contract past this season as significant contributors at the position. They address that here with their second third round pick by taking the small but mighty Louisville playmaker Tutu Atwell to give them a player with big time potential after the catch.
