3. Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers find themselves in position to land an absolute haul in the 2021 NFL Draft as they currently sit with fifth pick. After landing quarterback Justin Herbert in the 2020 NFL Draft, they will not need to land one of the top gunslingers in the draft this upcoming April as well. This positions them to land a heavy amount of draft picks and move back should a talent such as Oregon offensive tackle Penei Sewell be off the board.

Should they trade back, then they may put themselves in direct position to land Darrisaw in the first round this upcoming April. In fact, this writer would not even blink twice if the Chargers were to reach up and select Darrisaw in the top-five. Regardless, as Herbert continues to shine in Los Angeles, landing a left tackle like Darrisaw would give him a much-needed upgrade in protection.

Currently trotting out Sam Tevi as their left tackle, with Trey Pipkins filling in for the injured Bryan Bulaga, the Chargers leave much to be desired at both tackle spots. Both Tevi and Pipkins have high athletic ceilings, but the clock is ticking on their development. Landing Darrisaw would give them a great talent to pair with Bulaga in 2021 and beyond.
