Browns land Ifeatu Melifonwu, Tylan Wallace in 7-round mock Draft

Round 3, Pick 89: Rashad Weaver, EDGE, Pitt
There will be many Panthers who hear their names called over the first two days of the draft, and Weaver is one of them. Along with Patrick Jones II, he formed a dynamic pass-rushing duo that consistently terrorized quarterbacks. Weaver is the less athletic of the two, but he makes up for that with a great pass-rush plan and excellent technique. He’s a refined player who should be able to make an impact right away.
The Browns will likely address their EDGE2 need in free agency, but it would still be a good idea to bolster the position in the draft. Curtis Weaver is already on the roster, so adding another Weaver can’t hurt things, right?
Round 3, Pick 91: Andre Cisco, S, Syracuse
Another Orange defensive back, Cisco was one of the rangiest and most instinctive safeties in college football over the past few seasons, collecting 13 picks and 14 passes defended in 24 games. He suffered a torn ACL two games into the 2020 season, so medicals will be a factor in his stock.
The Browns took Grant Delpit in the second round last year, but he suffered a torn achilles tendon in training camp. That is a serious injury, and it would be best for the team to prepare for the possibility that he never returns to full strength. In that case, Cisco would take over as the angel safety. If Delpit is able to come back strong, he can rotate up and down the formation as Woods sees fit, taking advantage of Delpit’s range, speed, and man coverage ability at multiple positions.
Cisco is a good player in his own right, and would also make a big impact on the usage of others on the roster which makes him even more valuable.
