Currently it is the middle of February with the start of the 2021 NFL league year just over a month away. At 4pm on March 17th dawns the beginning of the professional football’s free agency period, where signings become official and trades go through. For many league employees, players and fans alike, this can be an incredibly hectic as well as fun time of year. The Baltimore Ravens will be no different.

Depending on what team you are however, will determine what you ultimately can and cannot do during this fruitful time of year. Meaning that certain constraints based on money will dictate the free a team has to bring in new talent. Its just quite simple, a team either has money to spend or they do not.

For the Ravens, they are leaning towards the latter group. According to the website  Spotrac, which can show a teams expenditures for the upcoming year, predicts the Baltimore Ravens will have roughly $28, 950,758 to spend in free agency.

Unfortunately for the Ravens, they currently have a few higher profile free agents they must contend with during this time. Namely pass rushers Yannick Ngakoue and Matthew Judon, both of whom expect to garner around $15 million annually from any willing team. Additionally, defensive tackle/end Derek Wolfe, center Matt Skura and receiver Willie Snead are also due a new contract. Although according to Jeff Zrebiec of the Athletic, out those three only Wolfe appears to have a chance to return to the Ravens.

However, all is not lost Ravens fans. Odds are at least one crucial player gets resigned with the possibility of an outside addition.

Here are three free agents that could be on the radar of the Baltimore Ravens that could alter their 2021 NFL Draft plans.
