Strengths

Moore is a receiver who wins with his agile lower half and his concentration at the catch point. He frequently demonstrates an excellent change of direction quickness, utilizing the flexibility in his lower body to create separation.

Moore consistently attacks the leverage of opposing corners before smoothly breaking back in the opposite direction to gain a step on the defender.

Quick off the line, he can eat up a defensive back’s cushion when playing off coverage in a hurry, putting the defender on their heels, before generating significant separation with the fluidity of his break.

That fluidity in altering his path has made him a substantial threat on double moves, which he sells through marrying his feet with well-executed head fakes to get defenders to bite on his initial break, while his stop-start quickness has helped Moore get open downfield on stop-go moves.

Ultra-reliable at the catch point, Moore does a superb job of adjusting to inaccurate passes. He is a plus ball-tracker who looks the football into his grasp and has shown the ability to attack it in the air.

With the speed to beat defenders around the edge with regularity, Moore was often used out of the backfield on designed hand-offs and pop passes, the combination of his acceleration and contact balance giving him yards after catch upside.

Indeed, few receivers of Moore’s size show the same proclivity for bouncing off hits from bigger defenders, and his ability to survive such blows should silence some of the questions about durability that often come with smaller receivers.
