Sam Howell could join one of these teams via the 2022 NFL Draft and thrive. However, the teams probably need to make some changes if they view him as a target.
Out of all these organizations, New Orleans seems to be the one that could make such a change. Jameis Winston, a similar style of quarterback, won five games with the team.
However, Howell seems more fit for a Bruce-Arians-style vertical offense. Teams like the Denver Broncos or the Washington Football Team seem to be better inherent fits for the quarterback.

Quarterback remains a volatile position, and anything can make or break Howell’s development. He could succeed with the three teams mentioned in this post, but they probably need to change how they work offensively. If they refuse to change, those teams should stay wary.
