2023 NFL Mock Draft: Baltimore Ravens add Joey Porter Jr. in first round
Over the past few seasons, one of the things the Baltimore Ravens defense is known for is having excellent cornerbacks with Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters. However, there could be some changes this offseason as Peters is set to be a free agent.
If the Ravens don’t re-sign Peters or sign another free agent, then cornerback is a position that they likely look to address in the 2023 NFL Draft. Fortunately, this year there are a number of excellent players at the position and in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft select Joey Porter Jr. out of Penn State.
This is a name that Baltimore Ravens’ fans should know as his father, Joey Porter, is a former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker from 1999 to 2006.
Joey Porter Jr. didn’t have many turnovers over his four years with Penn State, in fact, he had only one interception but is a physical cornerback with good length and did have 20 passes defended and 113 total tackles.
