165. player. 830. . Linebacker. Bearcats . Deshawn Pace

The next pick in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft is linebacker Deshawn Pace, who played in 30 games for the Cincinnati Bearcats. While he is overshadowed a bit by his brother, Ivan Pace Jr. who he played with last season with the Bearcats, Deshawn Pace can certainly make an impact in the NFL likely as a backup linebacker and special teams contributor.

In three seasons, Pace had 167 total tackles, 14.5 tackles for a loss, and five interceptions.

The Miami Dolphins could lose two players at this position this offseason with Sam Equavoen and Andrew Van Grinkel both set to be free agents this offseason. A player like Deshawn Pace would address that potential absence and give this defense some youth at the position.
